Tech beat Texas 1-0 on Fri but Texas wins 2-1 on Sat. On Fri, Marlow got the L for Texas in relief. On Sat, Masek throws 8 innings for Tech allowing only the 1 run. B. Marlow is starting for Texas at 2b. These 3a guys dont get any recognition since they dont play football so I thought Id give them some. These former 3a Buffs are playing some big time college ball. Congrats guys.

I was at the game yesterday, Masek did not throw a great game which is hard to say when you only give up 1 run thru 8 innings. With that being said he still dominanted most all Texas hitters , only reason I say it was not great because of a little control problem. First inning out of the strech he was 91-94 on the corners, he is just Nasty and no one competes like he does on the bump. The next level awaits him , which will not be long.
