GM (general moron) Jones' stupidity along with a hightened sense of mediocrity has been fitted under the Dallas Cowboys 2013 salary cap.

Every time I turn on Sportscenter I get depressed because it seems all those teams that were BETTER than Dallas last season are making moves in free agency to get even better and our Cowboys are doing absolutely nothing. It seems like to me all the Dallas (North Texas) teams have gotten together and decided to strive for mediocrity as a concerted group. Way to go Dallas! Way to go Mavs, Stars, Rangers and Cowboys!

Well, other teams hire real GM's as well as salary cap specialists to help build the team. The Cowboys have to hire a babysitter for a grown man and then have an owner and his son playing GM. The Cowboys under Jerry Jones are just like the Raiders under Al Davis.
