Yoakum had a complete outing by Blakeney. 4 hits allowed. Ykm base running still an issue. Should of been a early run rule outing. Had bases loaded no outs, when we had some crazy base running issues in top of fifth.

Sinton struggled out the gate. Committed 6 errors and 3rd base had 4 or 5 of them on routine rollers. Not the state ranked Pirate performance I was expecting for sure.

Ykm lost to St. Paul last night 7-6, after leading 6-0 after 2 innings. We just can't step on the throats when we need to. Hopefully, that will change in due time?

Wow, great job. I thought Sinton was ranked pretty high , maybe D-26 teams should be ranked a little higher and some even ranked. It will all come out in the end , polls are good to look but not always very acurate.

I think they took spring break early. They were not playing very well today. Should of been a run rule really. I'm sure they'll play better when we travel there for the rematch.

Yes they are pretty solid, think you guys will face their No. 1 pitcher on Friday . Suehs kid, mid to upper 80's with a good breaking ball.

Who did China Spring lose to this year?

First game of the year Salado 9-8. Starter was pulled after 85 pitches and leading 6-1 in the fifth.
Also the first week, two games to Cleburne in Waco Tourney. Game 1 Lost 7-6 , starter also pulled with 85 pitches and a big lead. 2nd game of the day lost 10-2. This was the fourth game in 2 days and fifth game of the week. Basically ran out of pitching. Worked with with several developing pitchers.
