Just got back this afternoon from a 9-day trip in Vegas. We got comped the whole stay....4 nites @ Mirage, then 3 @ Palazzo, and the last 2 @ Bellagio. The weather was picture perfect, we arrived Mon. 26th @ 11pm and left out this AM @ 9:30 Las Vegas time. It's 3 hrs in the air, but only one clockwise getting there, but coming back you lose 2hrs.....no big deal. This was our yearly vacation break before the storm season gets here....I'm in the roofing business. I'll take breaks July 4th holiday, and Memorial & Labor Days....but that's it until Thanksgiving. Daylite Savings Time starts soon, and will last til the last week of Oct. We actually work about 10 mos. on avg.....the spring and summer are very, very, busy. When football season rolls around, we're already well into our season.....so by that time I'm ready for some football.
