read they are down to two both pretty good coaches.

Anyone from Lampasas got any news to pass on?

Interesting that Sine would look to leave Columbus after just one year. Not sure that the Lampasas job is better than the Columbus one. Both are in tough districts...

Brian Emerson is the absolute finest AD I've ever known. Period. They got them an awesome coach!

They should be with Burnet, Liberty Hill, Gatesville, and possibly Marble Falls right/wrong? That is a tough district, and if Brownwood stays with that bunch its even harder.

Right now MFHS is at 1,163 students. I'm not sure how many students are in the 8th grades because those numbers plus the 9th, 10th & 11th graders will make up the snapshot number that's due in October....I hope they go 3A. Just makes the rivalry with Burnet that much more intense!......Plus, we ain't skeered of Dodge Truck....

Yeah it sounds like MF is on the high end, probably to high to be 4A-DI (yes get used to it CAM) with the rest of us. They are one of the smallest current 4A schools in the state though. It all depends on what UIL does with the school distribution when they add 6A.
