I thought the MLB agreed to pay the fans to watch the game.

Can you imagine how many fanswould show up if they played the Marlins?

Opening Day prices only. Ticket prices return to normal after the first game. First game in the AL and playing the Rangers so I think I understand.

We should have let Drayton move the franchise when we had the chance.

Did the same investment group that bought Seaworld from Anheuser Busch buy the Lastros??? Seriously, it seems like these investment groups are trying to "flip" rather large projects nowadays.

Seaworld used to be decent. The group that bought them have sucked the life out of it, taken away the hospitality room (free beer), and haven't done much of anything to better it...AB took the Clydesdales with them too.

Ole Drayton looking pretty good now in the rear view mirror.

Why wouldn't you? There is almost no way these investment groups go broke after...they usually make out pretty good.

Weebe, if someone gives you tickets send them my way! I love watching baseball, even last place teams.

I guess what I was trying to say is they skim off the cream and sell it to some sucker.

I thought "skimming the cream" meant taking out the best part. If so, it doesn't take a "sucker" to buy it.
