After watching these playoff games, it made me wonder about our Texans and Cowboys. Both have ingredients missing to make it to a Superbowl. I think the Texans have the nucleus to get there next season, just not the "know-how". They lack real leadership, but not talent. The Cowboys are a mess. They have no clue how to be a football team disciplined for a single purpose. Sometimes, I feel too much emphasis is put on talent, and not enough on all the other qualities needed....namely leadership and TEAM.
