Tickets for George Strait concert for Houston Rodeo in March go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m.
Im sure they will sell out fast-Hope we can be one of the lucky ones to get some

He needs to not sing anything from about 2000 and after. Randy Rogers Band will be the highlight of the show.

Unfortunately for Randy Rogers-he will not be around as long as George. While he is a good singer, I doubt that he has the endurance to play for that many years.
Even though George is semi-retiring in 2004, he will continue to record. I remember going to hear him the 1970s at the old Bohickes Club in Alvin off Hwy 35. He packed the place and women were taking off their bras and throwing them at him.
I'm fortunate to have heard him several times over his career. I have every album hie released on 33 vinyl as well all of his 45s and all his CD- Also have cassettes by him.
