I like the Ags by 7 in this one. I think the game comes down to which offense makes the fewest mistakes and gets in rhythm the fastest. All hype asise---Manziel is just one of those on in a decade "magic" players who just finds a way to win with both luck and skill on his side.

Interested to see a&m's offensive play calling with the RB coach calling plays.

I'm a homer. Aggies by 14.

Yeah sumlin will be involved but the primary play caller is the RB coach so we'll see. I don't see it being an issue.

I'm taking the Ags by 10 pulling away. I dislike OU a LOT more than I do the Ags. I like watching JM. I actually like the Ags uni's. Maroon isn't ugly to me. Ags are still a Texas team even though not in the Big 12.

As rushed as he was to throw it, I agree there was no reason not to catch that pass.

They scored the TD after my post... So it should be 21-13... But seriously... That dropped TD in the end zone that ended up being an INT... A&M should have 21 points.

Also not getting any help from the refs. They've been quick to throw flags on A&M but have not called 2 defensive pass interferences on OU that I thought were pretty obvious but I'm prolly just biased

Just goes to show you Texas talent with good coaching can win in any conference , stopping knocking Texas talent. Does not matter what conference your in when you have good Texas talent with good coaching, A&M played well again tonight and Johnny Football is just unstopable and would make any team hard to beat.

Hell of a game. A&M could play with any of the top teams this year. Already proved it.

I think A&M will be a popular pick to win the NC next year, but they're gonna miss that O-Line. Anyone would. Also gonna miss Demontre Moore and #99. Need to replace those guys.

Give it two years.

Give it two years. Well, no one has said if Matthews and Joeckel are going pro yet, and even if they do, Oline is A&Ms biggest strength as far as depth goes. They obviously wont be as good as those 2, but they'll still be well above average.

Heck of a freshman class coming in. Idk, They're gonna be good but it remains to be seen just how good.

True that. I don't see how Joeckel could pass up that type of opportunity (he'll go top ten for sure), but the lure of finishing his degree and winning a NC may be enough. We'll see.

I would be ecstatic if he stayed but obviously wouldn't blame him if he went. I've heard as high as top 3.

Even if he goes though, I won't be concerned about the oline. I'll be more concerned defensively. Several key players on that side of the ball graduating and Moore leaving for the draft

Hoping they do but I can't see either one of them coming back, seen mock drafts with Joeckel 1 or 2 and Matthews around 10. They also had Moore around 5 or 6 so that could be 3 Aggies in the top 10, my how have things changed. Got to hand it to Sherman for knowing how to spot the big uglies.

As long as they have a pass-rushing athlete in the mold of Moore or Von Miller, that defense will run like clockwork. I know, easier said than done. But I'd imagine they have a long, rangy freak stockpiled somewhere in all that talent.

Assuming the two best tackles in the college game leave with Moore, who fills those shoes? Also, don't they lose those other two LB's--#10 and #11? Any idea of the dropoff from any of these guys to their replacements?

Yes, Ags looked awesome. It will be interesting to see who stays, but could opt out.

Manziel proved critics wrong and his voters right. I will miss the outgoing seniors and I know they will be tough to replace. Awesome group of outgoing seniors. I feel they could beat ND right now with the momentum they have. I hope the seniors all get a chance to play in the NFL, especially Swopes.

Go Blue, been kind of a tough football year for you.

Good to see many of the Longhorn fans giving kudos, but some still are not entirely in good taste if you read between the lines.

Doesn't bother me regardless of how the season went for the Horns. Yeah I expect more but I've come to terms and realized that Mack needs to go after the 2011 season.

Will definitely be interesting to see what Joeckel and Matthews decide. Manziel has all the time in the world back there then when nothing develops he takes off.

Wonder where the Ags end up in the polls and why? If the pundits keep in mind that the 2 losses could have been wins if the kicks went through the uprights... I guess I'm looking for arguments as to who will end up ranked higher and why?

I truly feel that the Ags could give ND all they want, and if Oregon played the Ags, the score would have been closer but the Aggies D would have been the difference. But we'll never know.

Bet it's gonna be even harder to get tickets to next year's games.

If Alabama beats Notre Dame tonight, where will that leave A&M? To be honest, I don't think either of the teams in the MNC game could beat A&M. A&M has already beaten Alabama. I honestly think A&M's defense could slow Oregon's offense enough to beat them by at least a couple of TDs. I know they are going to a +1 next year, which will give the top four teams a chance at a playoff, but until they go to a TRUE playoff format it'll always being considered a MNC, in my opinion.

Johnny Football is amazing. I haven't seen a player that can dominate a game like that in a long time. He is a smaller version of Vince Young, but with a much better arm, better decision-making abilities, and much more elusiveness. Cam Newton couldn't hold a candle to JF, in my opinion. Of course, you could make an argument that A&M has the best offensive line in football, too. JF couldn't be nearly as effective if it weren't for their dominance.

I believe Ags end up between 3rd and 5th. Which is where they probably should be. I also believe they start next season in top 3. History says they can't hold up to that type of pressure.............but these aren't you Daddy's Ags either. Future should be fun.
