Texans are playing terrible again-Penalties are killing them and also got a bad call on a fumble recovering which was reversed.
This game is going to get ugly

That was a fumble! They called it an incomplete pass but it was a backward pass which would have been a live ball recovered by Houston! How can the replay officials miss that?? Horrible!!

Texans have no pass defense and can't kick a field goal or convert on third down plays
