i mean, do i really have to ask who might win this one??? i just want to see some predictions over what the final score might end up being, anc congratulations to the panthers for a 7-0 season thus far.

I think Tarkington will come out and totally dominate this one. Liberty will have to buckle up if they plan on Tarkington giving up a win. Tarkington should and will win State in Div II this year, I mean who can stop these animals!!! But I feal lucky this week and I will pick the Upset Liberty over Tarkington in a thriller.\

this is going to be a college game with Liberty taking the role of A&M and tarkington unfortunately taking the role of Baylor

yes i am robert, and that's what i expected... RBARKER's prediction might just come true... i mean if liberty puts the band nerds on the field to play... i'm putting money on the panthers in that situation still, but no one would take my bet, because of course i would win that one too... sorry horns, alls i can say is saw 'em off SHORT panthers... at least one of my teams will beat the longhorns this year

i would say liberty by 50 qaudrillions, but if they play jv people, it might be only in the trillions... give me some insight on how this game is going to look

Haha, I don't think there is a point to forcing this topic to the top Bob. There really is nothing to discuss. Liberty wins by 50 millions AT LEAST. And that's if they move up and play only the 7th grade team. :D

From what I understand, Tarkington is playing better in the second half. Maybe this game won't get out of control to be realistic. Depending on how bad Jeff wants to beat Jack, this could get very interesting. I know that Parker and Stewart aren't actually "best of friends" after what happened in Liberty a few years ago.

Jack was the Head Baseball Coach in Liberty from 95-99 and Jeff treated him with no respect.

Of course reasonable thought says you guys should carry Tarkington, but remember this.

Two years ago they beat the district champion Splendora even with the Wildcats' all world linebacker that went to UT, was Splendora's only loss until the playoffs. And Tarkington did it with 3 JV players replacing starters that were being held out for disciplinary reasons.

Last year they beat us and held us to 160 yards for the game when we were averaging almost 400 yards a game.

Just a word to the wise, if you go in there and think it's a walk, there have been good teams think that before. Safe game to both.

Oh, I'm sure Liberty will not take them lightly. Jeff Stewart does not run his program with pitty for any particular team. Especially one with a former coach at hand. Liberty will roll all over Tarkington, there is no doubt about it. It's just the simple fact of will Tarkington lay down in the second half, or will they continue to pull together in the second half of play like they have been doing!

what happened is when coach stewart was made head coach over another coach, parker got pissed... and then was a tad bit disrespectful, along with the other coach at the spring sports banquet that year, he announced all of his players first, then he, some other coaches, and some players walked out on the rest of the banquet... then he went to hardin
