Some of the places at Lake Brownwood are the best spots you can find to observe the night sky. Not much surrounding light, and on a clear night the heavens literally pop out at you. Absolutely beautiful with lots of shooting stars. Had a great time there last month visiting with some old college friends who all gathered there. Would love to be there tomorrow night for the big meteor shower.

I wish those meteor showers would bring on some rain showers. The poor lake needs it.

Well yes!.....Everyone knows them aliens come to the Ville often from their home planet of Villeneverlose!......them boys play like superhumans!......Shoot! Every town has it's quirks, in Burnet it's all about the sasquatch human interbreeding!.......In Marble Falls every kid has some sort of Dodge truck part implanted in their bodies somewhere!......In Liberty Hill, it's all about pussy kitties.......and so on and so on......
