Great to see the El Campo community so supportive of the team. If their fans are as loud as the Stephenville fans... Jerry World is going to be rockin' Friday night. Even if there's a minimum of 12,000-15,000 fans in a stadium that holds 100,000.. it'll be loud!

The article mentions the last time they went to a championship was 45 years ago, when they lost to Brownwood 36-12. Now they get our rival in the championship. Here's 1967's 3A playoffs... it's interesting to see that McKinney was 3A then... and Odessa Ector was still around.

Me thinks so too... not a bad ticket for $12, Jerry World and a chance to see 2 of the top 3A programs in the state go at it for the title.
