And the #1 recruit in Texas will commit today.

Here lately every day is Aggie Day. Beat #1, go 10-2 in first season in vaunted SEC, win Outland, win Heisman, win O'Brien, #1 offensive recruit commits, #1 defensive recruit commits. Wow! Only loss has been OC leaving for HC. All is good in Aggieland.

Thanks for helping us celebrate Pancho!

Nope , they pay Aggies for the privilege of using the phrase.

ATM owns the trademark and must actively defend it.
"In January 2006, Texas A&M filed suit against the Seattle Seahawks to protect the trademark and in May 2006, the dispute was settled out of court. In the agreement, Texas A&M licensed the Seahawks to continue using the phrase "12th Man" in exchange for financial compensation along with public acknowledgement by the NFL franchise as to Texas A&M's ownership of the phrase"

then I misunderstood the ruling... I understood it to be that they agreed no compensation and the Aggies then protected the trademark... meh, it is what it is...
