I would have to say Tagliabue is a moron! He found that there is enough evidence to prove that Vilma offered 10K for any hit that took Favre out of the game but no evidence that it effected the play on the field or if it was just motivational? Seriously? The only thing that could have proven that it was anything but motivational is if Favre had been carted off the field and Vilma had paid the 10K. Seriously what the hell difference does it matter whether it's motivational or otherwise? It's still a monetary offer for the injury of another player! Who gives a crap what the intended purpose of the offer was?
