2. Alabama

6. Florida
7. Notre Dame (I'm being generous)
8. Texas A&M
9. Ohio State

Yeah, and include the fact that Oregon still has to play Oregon st and Stanford as well as the pac 12 champ game, ND still has to play USC and Kansas St still has to play Texas.

Bama/Georgia likely SEC champ game. Florida still has to play Fla St and Driskell is out with an ankle injury.

A&M has 2 games left where they'll be heavy favorites in both (SHSU & Mizzou).... so assuming we win out... I'd think its possible to get into the top 5 prior to the bowl game.

Weird thing is, several of the computers disagree with you.

In the computer polls, Oregon isnt ranked higher than #3 while ND is ranked #1 in 3 out of 6....

lol, i wont argue with anyone voting A&M 11th or 12th. I feel like a case can be made to say A&M should be ranked there (though i dont agree). In a different thread i said i could see A&M being anywhere from 8-11 when the rankings come out... but the guy who voted A&M 14th... c'mon man. This guy has Nebraska leap frogging A&M according to the most recent BCS rankings and they barely beat Penn St on a questionable call by the refs...

I will say this, I believe A&M is one of the top 5 teams in the country right now and probably would be ranked that high if they had a decent kicker.

They would be undefeated if they had a kicker.

This is very true, I think they should just have an open tryout on campus for a kicker, it couldn't possibly get any worse than what they have right now.

I just based my opinion on what was justifiable by record and what my opinion was if the teams were to play.

I think Alabama is still the best team in the country. Then I think it's a toss up between Oregon, LSU, Georgia, Texas A&M

A&M in the top 10 again looks good!!! I expect them to be there consistently for the next few years at least.

I agree. Alabama played four straight games against top 15 teams. Only four number ones have ever done that, with only one winning all four. It is a testament to them that they even played as well as they did against A&M, especially after that LSU game. It is a shame there has to be an SEC championship game, and it is crazy that the SEC has won the last six NC's. To survive an SEC schedule, then to play a conference championship game, and then to have to play another game is nuts. You don't have anything left after that schedule, but just shows what a different level they play on.

Not hardly...they have 4 SEC ranked ahead of them in BCS. SEC winner will get BCS bowl and probably next highest ranked gets at large BCS bid.

My guess is Bama over Georgia in the SEC title game and both of them get BCS bid. I see Florida losing to FSU.
