Sinton vs Robstown is going to be good in district! So is Rockport Fulton. District 30-3a all 6 teams were in the playoff last year and should provide some good pitching matchups. Orange Grove and West Oso bring back their aces.

I see Yoakum has a home and a away match up versus Sinton this year. Should be a good test to see where we stand heading into district. I do like Sweeny being ranked #1 after what I seen last year and their returners.

Preseason rankings are nice for us fans to talk about...but it is up to those young men to work hard and keep the mental toughness needed to remain #1 at the end of the year.

Plus, Lorena runs a pretty hard-nosed baseball program. Last years Supercentex Football Defensive Player of the Year decided to not return to a starting catcher position and was filled by a freshman. A few other key senior players opted not to return along with a very strong contengency of district foes.

www.TxHighSchoolBaseball.com will be officially launching Thursday morning. Tim has done a fantastic job over the past several years with 3abaseball. Hopefully we can keep that up with 2A-5A this year and hopefully 1A the following year.
