There in lies the problem. Jones Can't let go. When the Cowboys/Johnson were winning super bowls Jones got addicted to the Limelight and he has trouble getting out of the team's way. He needs to use his owner's box for the 4 full qtrs and not get in the player's ears.

The last 15 years coaches have come and left Dallas. Same problems. He would do the same to Payton.

I respect your opinion! Most people measure greatness by wins. I would say Romo is an ok nfl QB, middle of the pack QB. Buff would you campare him to Tom Brady, Big Ben or Eli Manning?
