Gilmer just couldn't shake Bullard off tonight. Gilmer would jump out by 2 or 3 TDs and Bullard would come back with a couple of TDs and make it close again.

Both teams did a great job running the ball and both teams threw some good and bad passes.

I know one thing, I'm tired of hearing the same people every week shouting from the stands what plays Jeff needs to run. Every time Gilmer called a run they were yelling we need to throw it. Every time we threw it they yelled to run it. We recovered an onside kick and right before they were shouting to kick it deep. And they constantly were talking crap about QB Tanner Barr and how awful he is.

Shut up, cheer for your team and enjoy the game. If not, keep your ass at home and yell that crap at the TV during the replay Saturday mornings.

Amen to that, brotha! I can't stand to be around "fans" like that! I usually tell them to shut up, and they do. There's no reason why someone should be that critical. It's about the kids, and all the hard work they put in every week just to entertain the fans, and have fun while doing it. We all question calls at times, and that's fine, but let the coach do his job and keep your mouth shut. And I might add, he's doing a FINE JOB at it. As a matter of fact, the team he coaches has won more games in the last decade than ANY other 3A team in the state. That is one of the main reasons I don't ever bother to sit in the reserved section because of how dead and lazy they are. It's more like a social event to the majority of those people instead of a football game. I'm there to back my team, and I make a LOT of noise to back them up. That's the way I roll.....;)
