Bandera did win the championship in div II, and that warrants some respect. However I think the 2002 Everman team was better than their 2001 team, I still don't think Bandera could stay within 4TDS of the 2001 Everman squad. No contest here.

No respect as usual, but of course i will go with Bandera by a TD. This years Everman team is alot better than last years.

I don't think Bandera 2002 could have even beaten Sinton 2001. Everman rolls.

I'm with BigChamp05, BAndera would have opened a can of Whoop Ass on everyone you have mentioned so far... Sinton, Everman, the Lakers, the Super Bowl Champs....bring 'em on! ( And, thanks Chris for actually saying "respect" and "Bandera" in the same sentence!! ) :) :) :D

Now, honestly, I have never seen Sinton or Everman play, so I can't say. Have you guys that are voting against Bandera, actually seen our 2002 team play? Or, are you just going on some statistics or something? Just curious.

If Bandera had trouble beating a little team from the Rio Grande Valley (J2K, everybody else, don't let the Bandera fans fool you, the game was a lot closer than they indicate) then Everman would score at least 60+. By the way, I was at Everman/Forney "one" so actually i'm one of very few people that can say i've seen BOTH teams. As I stated before, Everman would dominate, roll, annihilate, you name it.

To me the 2001 Everman team was better than this year's Everman bunch..they were deeper at every position and had a slightly better defense..

I saw the 2001 Everman team play. . . and we played the 2002 Bandera team...TOTALLY EVERMAN!

TFINT, I was at that game as well and it was a classic. As for all this about Everman 2002 vs. 2001, the 2001 team isn't getting enough credit. They were solid throughout and had a whole lot on defense who didn't get as much pub as their offensive players. Just think, Sinton was twice as good in '01 as they were in '02 and Everman took that '01 Pirate squad out. (No offense intended to anyone on this year's Sinton squad... not like my Mustangs could keep up with you)
