did chase a. play friday.looked like a typical sealy-lagrange game. both teams will be better after that game.
we got boone back friday and he threw for 170 yrds. took some pressure off harrison. he had 33 carries for 176 yds. against edna and only 16 carries for 90 yds. against west oso. we got giddings friday and that is always a good game. and i bet they are hungry for a win.i think the last 10 yrs. we are 5-5 with a couple of o.t. games.

Yes, Chase did play, and he did pretty well considering he was not 100% yet. He hit Boothe on a beautiful long pass to get the go ahead TD (which came on a drive where a long run TD by him was called back on a holding call). Except for this TD pass it was a typical running game with Sealy stacking up the box with 6 down lineman. We gave up a safety on a high deep snap on a punt attempt from our 6 yardline late in the 4th, then on the free kick drive they got to the 16 and fumbled with about 40 seconds on the clock. We took two knees to get the win. Giddings is having adjustment problems with the new offense and it is just a matter of time until they get it worked out. Meanwhile they are dangerous and you rightly do not take them lightly. Glad to here Boone is back, he is a great athlete. Good luck!
