I just read yesterday on espn that he confirmed tu had offered, now we get better news today that he is planning to play for A&M in the SEC. Great news, if you are an A&M fan like me. Still a long way from him signing on paper (he's still a junior), so anything can happen, but glad he is getting the early recognition for his talent and hard work. Congratulations Josh!

Hopefully it sticks. A&M hasn't had good luck getting or holding on to Gilmer committments. I even recall a Gilmer poster on here a few years back, when Lamar Harris switched to OU, saying no Buckeye will ever be an Aggie. He has a ton of upside and already is comparable to Sean Porter in terms of size and speed.

Not sure why we don't seem to feel the love from TAMU...we have a bevy of alumni including an Yell Leader...perhaps people jusT get tired of holding their nose (sorry oldtownag...the devil made me say it)
