Looking ahead some, but just wondering aloud where would a potential playoff game between these two be held?? Don't think Comanche's stadium is big enough lol

Abilene or Waco??

He who has a thing to sell and goes and whispers in a well is less apt to make the dollar than he who goes to the hill and hollers. HOME AND HOME!!!!!!!!!!

After I posted my personal opinion, smart money is probably on Abilene.

I dont think brownwood has the heart to play in The Ville after last year's visit. I doubt they risk it with a coin flip.

Next year LH will be state of the art, yall can come to town battle it out here.

Man, I just realized we are the Hub of 3A.....must be since we keep moving from Reg 4, Reg 3, and Reg 1........

I bet we will get alot of playoff games in the new stadium. Its new, nice, and will be central to several schools around the state.

I doubt we travel that far to burn the wood. That is quite the track for Stephenville to be playing a team an hour away.

Small venue would be best. Less witnesses...

If this matchup happens I will not look past the Lions. I know we would be heavily favored but I have seen several times in this rivalry where the other team was heavily favored and it was a dog fight. The best example of this was in 2003, the only year we have not made the playoffs in the last 23. Bwood was heavily favored and way more talented than we were that year. It took the Lions holding onto an onside kick to finally put us away winning 28-21.

Comanche is half way.
Standing room only would make for a great venue.

I don't think that was much of an upset. Now Hirschi beating Brownwood, that was an upset. :1popcorn:

That was sad...we were up 21-0 at half...the curse of shotwell. I remember on the way to the game the Brownwood radio station wishing the Jackets good luck in their game so we could meet for another slugout in the playoffs.
