Looks like both teams are putting up an avg. of about 41 pts/game. That means both offenses can move the ball and score. Celina has played the tougher schedule, but both teams have won every game, save one. Both teams have good qbs at the helm, and both teams will throw it. Both teams can score quickly during the course of the game. This will be a good test in District 10 to see just how capable Will Campbell(qb) will be in leading this Frisco Lone Star offense against a formidable Celina defense. Argyle will be watching this game intently to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each team. I'm glad Celina plays Lone Star before we do....this should benefit Argyle. Regardless of who wins this game, we will have to play both teams tough in order to win. I don't think Celina will be able to totally shut down Lone Star's attack, and I don't think Lone Star can keep Celina from putting up the points either. This game may come down to penalties and turnovers, OR the Bobcat's D will make the stops needed to outpace the Rangers on the scoreboard. Should be a fun and action-packed game to watch.

Both teams have lost to girls, (are they sisters?) and since neither of you have girl names (Celina is suspect though) I'm gonna go with a 0-0 tie.

Where's all the Celina folks?

I think they've decided to let their football team do the talking for them. You have to admit, they sure do take alot of uncalled for #### from some of the posters on here. I can't say that I blame them one bit. They regularly go fairly deep into the playoffs, and all they hear is a bunch of negatives. Their school enrollment is less than 600 students.....the program does an outstanding job with the kids in football. They deserve better treatment on here, JMO. I'll admit I haven't been a posting member here that long, but I've been following this site for many years before I decided to chime in. Heck, I couldn't hardly use this computer back then, anyhow. Anyway, that's the way I see it....take it however you wish.

I think that the game comes down to the Celina D-line. They may be the best D-line that Celina has had and if they pressure like they are capable of they will disrupt Lonestar's passing game. Celina will score all they want, the question is can they get stops. The only thing that I have seen them susceptible to this season is an athletic scrambling QB. Even with that they have really done well in the red zone.

Clever. I asked weeks ago why Melissa and Anna aren't playing in the Lingerie League.

They deserve better treatment on here, JMO.

Celina generally has not been able to "walk the talk" against schools from out here in the boonies the way Argyle has. Gilmer crushed the 'Cats in 2003 and I'm sure every Celina fan that went home from that game was shocked at what had just happened.

Yeah, they've got a small enrollment, but by the next realignment, it'll probably be bigger than ours.

I do not believe in comparison shopping football opponents. Each game is it's own story. I do believe that the cats have a pretty solid defense this year. And we are at home. I think we win..... But we have to play well. Good teams win with execution.... Are we a good team yet?.... if we cut out the mistakes and penalties, I think yes.

I voted Celina early, but you never know in matchups like this and I expect some funny games to go down tonight across the state..............I am going to have to go with..........Celina by 17.

Sorry, that was my terrible internet impression of all of these stupid reality shows and there efforts at suspense.

'Nuff said(Gulp). I knew the Cats would score on this Lone Star defense, but looks like the Rangers offense couldn't keep it close against the Celina D. Aubrey's qb left to join the Whitesboro team on Sunday(his parents live there). Sooo.....between Aubrey, Lone Star, and Ranchview.....looks like Lone Star will end up the D1 regardless in District 10.
