Is this the same Tech that lost 41-20 to Oklahoma just one week ago? Must be some ringers.

That 21 point loss isn't looking that bad if you consider what OU did today

The loss was actually worse than the score. Tech never had a chance.

Well, the 63-21 score Texas lost by is a little favorable for them too. They scored 2 4th qt tds, 1 as time expired

Don't get too puffed up about Tech over this win. WV has no defense, and their offense is a wide-open passing game, ala coach Dana Holderson. Texas showed again today that they don't have a D, and Baylor just got hammered by TCU.....both teams taking WV to the bell in offensive slugfests. Tech has an offense, a running game, and a pretty decent defense....and that was enough to beat this WV team today. YES, Tech played well, but they have a good qb and offensive attack against a "weak" WV defense. AND Tech also happens to have a decent defense. IMO, Tech should have won this game in Lubbock....everybody knows WV has no defense. They NEED to outscore their opponents in order to win, and without Geno Smith they are even less. Tech should get ready for good defensive teams they have left on their schedule, and try to outscore them. Good win today for the Red Raiders, though. I was pulling for them. But not a surprise, really.

Tech is notorious for screwing things up for top ranked teams. But they always find a way to choke when it counts.
