Big Spring looks good enough to make the playoffs. That would put Wylie in DII as the district winner. Alvarado could have another playoff matchup in round 4 with Wylie if Alvarado is the DII Winner or round 3 if the DII runner up in district. I kind of suspected this would happen watching Big Spring go 5 - 0. But who knows what can happen the next three weeks.

Barring a collapse--Big Spring will make the playoffs. They actually have a good defense... and the Tannehill kid is deceptively fast and has a strong arm. They could make some noise in the playoffs--until they run into S'ville. They did drive the ball on us better than anyone else has this year and actually matched up physically.
