Connally coming off big win over Alvarado. Lorena at 4-1 and at home.

Should be a good one.

I agree. This is one of those games not much being said about, but probably a pretty big game here in the season for both squads. It's a pick-em.

Gritty game. Connally wins 29-19. Connally soph QB had 4 TD's.

Lorena was up 19-14 at half. Despite all defensive eyes on Lorena QB (650 rushing/610 passing yds going into game) was still able to put together 154 yds rushing, 110 yds passing, 2 rushing TD and one passing TD.

Connally scored on first possession of 60 yds. but probably accrued 80-100 yds in penalties.
