I AGREE 100%!!!!!! health is a big concern right now. Next week Vs. Stephenville could mean district Championship. Whats nice is we are hoping GR and Stephenville spend all their energy on one another.

It won't matter...Stephenville wins this district. Maybe last years Alvarado team would have a chance but not this years.

The way alot of people are talking about how well GR will play against the Ville. I figure Alavarado and GR will be a nail biter with GR coming away with the W.

yeah, it was a nail biter last year, with the same cast of characters..for about 2 1/2 qtrs...they have a lot of 2way starters..and it sometimes hurts them going against good grind teams like Alvarado..but, thats why we play the games..we'll see!

Alvarado isn't the team they were last year. Glen Rose is better than they were last year. I think it's pretty even.

GR looks pretty much the same..they had a better Oline last year, but they also had some injuries last year..especially the first part of the season..
as for Alvarado..the defense is not on the level as last years at this point of the season, but they are getting real close..the offense is moving the ball as good or better than last year, just too many turnovers killing long drives this year so far..that too will have to improve pronto.

oh and btw..the GR QB still cant run
