I heard a brief conversation by the color commentators during the game that the last couple of years Mac had lost his motivation professionally and privately. They did not expound other than to say he had made some adjustments in both areas. The horns do look a lot better this year.

Forty-eight points is just waaay too many to be giving up, even against Geno Smith and this WV team. Offense looks pretty good, but the D is too loose in the secondary and can get burned deep too easily. Not real impressed with the linebacker play either.
