I hope Glen Rose wins. I am glad to see Coach Dunn doing well.

Glen Rose should win this game costing into the district opener undefeated. Gonna be a doozy on 10/12.

Btw, talked to a lady from Glen Rose yesterday and she expressed not too many are excited about Stephenville being in the same district. Up for the challenge, absolutely... excited, no. :wave:

Fairfield is pretty good. Big with lots of speed. The fastest team, besides Cameron, that we have faced. It will not be a cake walk.

I will go with Fairfield.

Fairfield is down after their drubbing at the hands of Navasota and Glen Rose is up after drubbing West and moving to 5-0. I'll take Glen Rose by 3 TD's.

What kind of defense do they have? I know Sota is good, but they racked up a LOT of yardage through the air. Glen Rose throws the ball. Not looking good for Fairfield unless their D-line is strong and the coverage is good.

Thoughts? If nothing else going on, I'll make this game.

They run mostly (misdirectional). If they throw the ball, chances are they will be looking for the tight end or the RB.
They had 158 total yards against us. 144 rushing and 14 passing. Most of that yardage came on their first drive.

They can not stop the pass. We were up 31-7 at half and most of our passing yardage came in the first half. In the second half, the offense worked more on their run game and had back ups in by the 4th.

It was a blowout as expected. Glen Rose is playing good right now. Going to be a handful for Stephenville next week in the first half.
