Connally is actually located in Lacy Lakeview, they pull from Elm Mott and Lacy Lakeview, Lacy Lakeview Connally sounds odd.....LaVega is actually in Bellmead, not sure why no one calls the school Bellmead LaVega either...

My high school Baseball and football coach is the principal for Conally. Always good to see him. Best coach I ever had.

There are actually four and a half public high schools in the City of Waco: University, Waco High, China Spring, Bosqueville and half of Midway High campus.(AJ Moore is a non-sport Magnet school). Only Waco High and University are in WISD. Bosqueville and China Spring are seperate ISDs. The others are explained above.

Alvarado will be able to do what they do well, which is run, against Connally. Depends on the status of their QB as to how well. Connally is very fast but Alvarado wins handily.

Connally has a lot of size. Offensively, they are going to try to pound the rock. They also have a really good 6'4" WR that like to throw it to. I'll be interested to see how this one plays out.

Should be a great game. I'm thinking and hoping Alvarado will win, but it will not be a shut out by any means. Anything can happen especially when going against a talented team such as Connally. Looking forward to it! Friday is always the highlight of my week.
