District 9 3A

As of now after 3 games who would be the top 3 teams in District 9?

A surprise in this district will be Krum. I say Decatur, Gainesville, and Krum. Bridgeport and Sanger will have to gear it up, IMO.

lets see how Krum does against some real size and speed when it comes to district. they will not get to play all of the 2A door mats of wise county. after seeing Gainesville play a bit i believe they will be the big surprise in the district. its going to be a fight for the three spots. It looks like it will be anyones district to win.

Yeah, maybe you're right about Krum. They still gotta go against some 3A mainstays that know how to play allright. It will be like a round robin in this district from week to week, more than likely. But I'm guessing some of those Krum boys used to live in Denton, and now live in Krum. Probably have some pretty fair athletes over there.

im not saying they dont have some good athletes. sometimes it about numbers unless you have a great player at a skill spot

I don't see anyway bridgeport beats Decatur.

This is not the strongest district in the state. A lot of teams are going to want to play any of the playoff qualifiers from this district in the first round.

Krum did beat Farmersville, which is just down from 3A. They'll be competitive for the third spot but beating Bridgeport and Sanger will be a tall task.

Gainesville wins this one with Dectur and Bridgeport taking 2nd and 3rd. Sanger is WAAAY down and I doubt Krum is much if any better than them.

Unfortunately, that is the report that I am hearing, Matt...some good athletes again in Gainesville.

i think they have had some good athletes in Gainesville for a while it was just getting them to have a good attitude and be coachable. we played them in soccer a couple of years back and i have never seen kids with such disrespect for their coaches.
