Not so sure about that - radar showed this storm to be HUGE. Lots of reds and yellows on the map. I sure hope they didn't get up there, and then turn around and have to drive home.

You can't hurt Smithville's field.

I know what it's like to have to drive back because of rain!

I don't know her terribly well, but my few encounters with her tell me she is one nice lady who puts in a lot of time for the LH program. She is good people.

Aww shucks!

The rain is MUCH needed! I'm pretty sure JV/Fish games were still on.

So, y'all prayed to the Lord to water the field down like Caldwell??? :)

Yah, Wimberley is drier than a west Texas popcorn fart. A cloud of dust everywhere you walk. You guys need rain. It was cool watching the Buffs walking out of the field house last week, creating a cloud of dust rising up among them. Just like a real old west indian story of the Buffalo stampede coming in your direction!!!

I'm on the west end of town, and my gauge read 4.5 inches. It reads light, so I'm guessing 4.5 to 5". Now, just hold off from 7:30 to about 10:00 so we can enjoy some fooball, and then rain the rest of the weekend. Thanks.

I don't have a Panther in these battles (his injury last season was most invasive)
so I'll yell from home... :D
