I know, part of the reason was overconfidence with the drop to 3a and the number 1 ranking, and promoting that attitude could create a similar situation..........and don't thnk for a second that kids on the team won't be reading this board.

They dont read this board. And if they do it dont matter. We will dominate all of 3A. And if we dont I have no problem saying I was wrong.

I can assure you they don't read this. My son plays on the team and they could care less what a bunch of hairy legged ole guys (myself included) discuss on a football board. Too much facebook, text, and twitter for them to even look at this :)

I remember another 4A school that dropped down a few years back that thought they would have a cake walk through 3a and Abilene Wylie absolutely manhandled them. Now look at Brownwood, a mere shell of their former selves.....
