Coldspring with 167 yards rushing, 35 yards passing (72 yards of offense on final drive of 4th quarter)

Navasota with 19/30 passing for 359 yards, 4 TDs. All by Baker. Solomon McGinty and Austin Collins each with 2 receiving TDs. Navasota only had 14 yards rushing, no telling how many negative yards on sacks, knowing that Howard Horn had a 45 yard TD run in the second quarter.

Coldspring had several turnovers, and the Rattler defense stood tall again. They are no longer unscored upon, but still dominant so far.

I will still say that Navasota should be ranked no better than 3 right now and I really believe they are 4 or 5 at this point. Offensive line needs alot of work after how Coldspring gave them fits most of the night. QB Baker was just too good to keep down every play.

After seeing this game tonight, O-Line does need a little work ( but that Coldspring D-Line is scary good) but Baker McGinty is the best QB/WR duo I have seen since McGee/Shipley. Those two can beat 90% of the teams out there by themselves. Coldspring will be ok after this loss. Cut out the turnovers and keep pounding that ball(and get more consistent in the passing game) and they could make a run. The Coogs are going to test that Trojan defense next week.
