My dad and Shelby's grandad worked together for many years, my corporate office is in St. Louis so I get regular updates about Shelby. The fans in St. Louis are really excited about his future according to all I hear. Best of luck kiddo!

I know Shelby's dad. We went to paramedic school together. We used to stay in touch thru fantasy football and he's been out hunting on my place. I am super proud for him and know Mitch is too.
Ironically enough ex-Jacket Brock Holt made his debut for the Pirates this week as well. http://pittsburgh.pirates.mlb.com/video/play.jsp?content_id=24430581&c_id=mlb

That is very cool Sville.
As for Brock, I know the Holt's pretty well. I'm proud of Brock.. He didn't take the easy road. Worked hard to get where he is.

Man this is awesome news. Dude was a heck of a tight end too, and he could kick the crap out of the ball.

Shelby is the 3rd Aggie player or signee (of the Childress era) to be called up this season. Will Middlebrooks & Brooks Raley are the others. Fun fact.
