i dont know who won the boys regionals, but morgan kuykendall from glen rose (a freshmen) got first in the girls

Wrong region. Region 3 ran in Huntsville on Saturday. On the girls side, it was Bellville, Giddings, and Fairfield. JoAnn Penn, a freshman from Giddings, came in 1st. (Five of Giddings' top seven finishers are freshman!) First time in school history that any cross country team at Giddings qualified for the state meet. Go Lady Buffs!
