Far better way to keep up to date on scores during friday night action. Previously I had a text group that consisted of about 10 people and sending a text update to this group every 10 minutes would result in way too many texts....... sometimes over 100 during the game. Problem is not enough people are using the app or updating their scores with the app......

I'm pretty sure that last season was the first season that the FNR app existed and was generally pleased with it. It of course will get better and will become more widely used, just as a result of longevity. The only issue that I experienced last year was that sometimes, particularly late in games, the server got overloaded and they didn't have enough band width to support demand. This issue made it difficult to update or check scores/outcomes.

Use a good twitter client and create stores searches. Then you can quickly pull up scores of games you are interested in. This along with FNR is pretty reliable.
