When I try to access 3adownlow from my favorites or the address bar I get the message
Error 403-Forbidden
You tried to access a document for which you don't have priviledges.
I also get this message from my cell phone.
I was able to access the downlow by doing a Yahoo search and then clicking on the site.
I don't have a clue what to do.
