Ratliff is way overrated. I think when I was there someone from Odessa said it was modeled after Jones in Lubbock. I believe that because that place was a dump before the did the renovations. Midland's stadium is much nicer. I would like to see the domed stadium. I wonder what prompted that building? Probably the same that drove Allen to spend 60 Million on a stadium. Because they can.

I'd remove Ratliff also....Texas had 3 out of ten stadiums on the list..some of those stadiums are pretty cool....the stadiums in Washington and San Francisco is awesome

As Texans who follow high school football we know there are better stadiums than Ratliff in-state, but I can see why it was included. The criteria seems to be a combination of size/amenities along with beautiful natural surroundings or historical significance. Ratliff was a part of a best selling book and a movie...and is probably the most well known Texas high school stadium to non-Texans.
