To compliment the "how many" thread, lets get some info on how teams looked and how they progress throughout camp.

No word yet here on how Bellville looked...

Stephenville looked bad. Like they didn't even know what a football was. I think it is safe to say that everyone can easily look past Stephenville this season.

That's too bad. Especially after all the excitement about dropping to 3a. I kind of had a feeling this season was going to be a disappointment for the yellowjackets. The early exit from the 7on7 championship bracket was an indicator (I know yall were expecting to win that tournament), and now this.

....that's right! ....am hearing good & bad news outta Burnet. Good news is the numbers are up for players coming out. Bad news is they ran out of helmets! (according to a very reliable but troublemakin' source!) Looks like the new coach might just be creating a much needed stir.....
More bad news: Only around 12 seniors on varsity...very young team.
More good news: The skill position players are deep and should only get better. 7 on 7 bunch was comprised of only 3 seniors, 7 or 8 juniors, & 6 sophs...also hearing freshmen group has 60+ players....including backfield mates Foster & Shackleford who recently competed in the junior olympics in Baltimore running for a Houston track club....(they're gonna be part of that CTS!).....

Ya'll did have the right because you backed it up all the way to the Dawgs. Sville will do the same thing, all the way to the Dawgs and it will end with the same results. The Carthage and Brownwood game was the best game I have ever watched. Hope to see another game this year just like that one with my Dawgs and the Ville.

Rockdale numbers are down a little normally have 90-100 this year only 80 ,but our enrollment is down also. We lost another 10 move outs or so this summer. Last number I heard was 452 total and it could be lower. We will be at 2a numbers before the first snap. Burnets freshman class almost as much as our total. We will not be very deep at any position. I am ready to get started can't wait. It's football season!

Blue and White Bulldog scrimmage went VERY well this morning. Wow, speed all over the field and some strong OL play!!!! Still some getting into shape issue's, but--it was made clear that will be addressed fully Monday. Kid's are very excited to get this season underway. Have not seen that many fan's at a B&W scrimmage in years. Tide's turning boy's, keep it up. You know we can't have a Friday night off this season.

That crop of returners ya'll have coming back, should be another successful season for the Apaches. So glad we have ya'll at home this year. GZ is a tough place to play for sure. Good luck Coach Lock and my friends in GZ.

This morning was the first live contact for Celina and I was impressed. I haven't seen hitting like that from Celina in a few years they were absolutely laying the wood! New AD and Head Coach Bill Elliot has made some changes and the players are loving it. Some serious intensity out there. Get ready to get lit up folks man I'm ready.

35 Varsity players that we counted , around 45 ~ , (I was too far away to make an exact count ), on JV for the Bulldogs.

Of old. The freshmen had alot of their players move up.TO EARLY TO TALK U HAVE TO COME SEE IT UR SELF SNOT.
