Found it on the sidewalk outside what looked like a Vietnamese Massage Parlor over on Oaklawn... Not sure what was going on inside, because I didn't go in.

Oh yeah, awesome place if you like getting flogged with bamboo. I didnt realize I was in Oaklawn, guess thats why I kept getting free beer at the bar.
