UT doesn't. I've read several quotes from UT staff saying that Edmond will be the best MLB they have had there. Edmond is starting in front of Thompson also... so I would have to think Edmond has the advantage right now.

First true MLB they have had since probably Aaron Harris during the 05 national championship. I think the thing that makes Edmond so great is his knowledge and patience on the field.

LOL he is certainly never lacking in swagger. Sure hope he can back it up though. I do know that nobody will work harder or wants it more than this guy and that means a lot. I watched a decent athlete in youth ball turn into a freak of nature. Most of that was desire and hard work. I'm excited to see what his bigger little bro can do this year as a sophmore on the o-line for the Vandals.

This kid has taken his workouts serious and has gotten himself into really good condition.

From reports I've heard the most in shape person from this class was jalen overstreet. Said he was most impressive in wylies workouts never hunched over or seemed tired.

I think Jalen would be better on defense, AND he would have a better opportunity to make an immediate impact. He is a special athlete.

I believe he will play Q/B if things goes as they did last year. He has a cannon for a arm and he is super fast. I also agree he could be an impact player on the D side of the ball. Another Tatum player we hope does well.
