Question For Members Who View 3ADL Using IE

Today, when I went to the forum index page of this site in Internet Explorer for the first time in a while, the horizontal stripe above each forum choice was orange instead of blue, as it is with Mozilla. Is it orange for everyone?

Google Chrome and it looks fine to me
