What happened to THSFpedia?

I visited THSFpedia a number of times to get past history on a number of teams that WOS87 wonderfully researched. Now I get a "texashsfootball.com Driver Error." A separate Google Images search for the same files results in images that are unreadable. Is this info behind some paywall now?
