Texas A&M freshman Johnny Manziel, considered an option for the starting quarterback role vacated by Ryan Tannehill, was arrested Friday.

He was charged with disorderly conduct by fighting, a Class C misdemeanor, and with failure to identify and for having a fake driver’s license.

He remained in the Brazos County Jail on Friday in lieu of $6,435 bail.
