Haven't you heard? Only the real prospects play select baseball. League ball is just for fun unless you live in places like San Antonio, Lubbock or Fort Bend County for baseball and Hewitt/Woodway in Softball.

The entire 19 3A District is Little League Baseball and Softball. They are also with Crawford, Midway, Southern (Universtiy) and Lake Air (Waco). West is Texas Teenage.

All the good players in West play select ball. If you don't, you probably won't be on varsity especially in softball.
