The part about this whole thing that sucks to me is the fact that the Electric company acknowledges the mistake and says the "Corrected" bill has been sent out.... Really? You would think that because of the crap this created the electric company would have eaten it this month as a way to apologize. Any other retailer that gives their customers this much discomfort would offer some freebies in compensation.
