17-0...in the 4th inning! Wow! Sometimes you just have to laugh!
In all seriousness, if Holland start competing and giving a better effort, when Feliz comes off of the DL, he may take Hollands' spot. He has been "weak as water" for almost the entire year.

That's a very good point. Holland loses it up stairs.

Shave the porn stache, stop being the class clown, and act like a professional.

Heck put Ogando back in the rotation with Oswalt and move Holland and Feliz to the pen.

ERA over 5 for the season= more cold than hot this season.

10 starts..6 quality starts..4 bad ones..ERA will always slant to the bad because it is easier to run it up then bring it down.

With this much talent on the team it is easy for a manager like Wash to ride the success bus and be viewed as a great manager. But I have questioned Ron Washington's skills from the start. Now is the time for the manager to step up and show why he is supposed to be a great one! The Rangers have given up 33 runs and scored 11 in the last 3 games against the FRICKIN' Mariners.

Maybe you can accept these kinds of performances from a #5 starter who is either a rookie or 2nd year player but Holland was/is expected to be the #2. At some point, he needs to be held accountable and I would bet that day is getting pretty close. I expect Wash to be ready with the early hook for the "Dutch Oven" if for no other reason than to get his attention.

I agree..like I said he has to find that ability to be able to give the team 6-8 innings night in and night out..we know the talent is there, it is now time for him to be consistent
