This dude has been up in a crane for like 12 hours already. Apparently he stole a car or something and now he's been stuck up in that crane all day. He may be armed...idk how he gets down either

The guy has to be a little "touched". With no where to go but down, what makes a person like that hold out and not just surrender unless he is suicidal. But, you would think that if he really wanted to end his life, he would have already done so. There are some messed up people in this world and they're mulitplying by the thousands.
